The Valentine Bridal Cupid Shoots Again!
Valentine's Day is Once a Year, but Love should be Year Round
No matter how you celebrate Valentine's Day remember that it comes only once a year. However, love for one another should be a year-round occasion. Always try to practice being kind to each other and thanking each other for the little things every single day.

Also, whenever you get frustrated about each other's differences please remember one thing: how would your life be if that person was no longer in it? Never take the love you have for granted.

Perfect Valentine's Plans

Five Perfect Valentine Ideas for the Stressed-Out Couple

Perhaps your relationship is on the rocks-at least slightly. In that case, you may be wondering if there is any way you can actually enjoy this celebration day.

The following are five Valentine's Ideas for the stressed-out couple:

1. A day or weekend away from the children. You can go camping, relax on the beach, or go to a spa together.

2. Give each other full-body massages. This can be one of the quickest stress relievers and it can also get you in the mood.

3. Prepare a romantic dinner, and then dance afterwards. You can do this at home, or you can also reserve a place at a nice restaurant.

4. Take time to compliment one another on this day. This is so important because it is easy to forget your partner even exists. You may want to even send a message in  a personalized holiday greeting card.

5. If you both enjoy exercising and you both do it regularly, maybe today you can enjoy it together. You might also consider playing in an active team sport of some kind together.

Even a few moments alone with your partner on this day away from work pressures, the children, and so on can help. If you cannot make a day today (on Valentine's Day) then try to plan a belated Valentine's get together real soon.

When Not to Be Hard on Your Partner

Try Not to Be Too Hard on Your Partner

While there is no excuse for negligence and laziness in a relationship, try not be to too hard on your partner. Everyone says (or fails to say) the right things from time to time for a variety of reasons.

Perhaps there has just recently been a death in your partner's family or in your own family. Either that or maybe you just lost a job (this can be a real stressor on a relationship!).

They also may be upset with you for some minor thing you did and not be able to express it properly. This does not mean you have to hear insulting jabs every time you make a mistake. However, if it only happens occasionally you may want to just simply ask your partner what is wrong, or what is really the problem.

If you notice your partner withdraw try not to be too hard on him or her. They are most likely not rejecting you if your relationship has otherwise gone fairly well. They may just be scared of being hurt or of not knowing what to expect, especially if a relationship is fairly new.

In the worse case scenario, if your partner says he or she needs space try not to take that too personally too. Sure, perhaps you have flaws but your flaws are in most cases not the problem.

The other person may have the problem of just perhaps not loving you the way you deserve. No matter what happens, try not to be too hard on your current partner, or your recent ex if that is the case.
